By accessing and using ShareStuff, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use ShareStuff for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on ShareStuff
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Item Exchanges

ShareStuff facilitates exchanges between users. You agree to:

  • Accurately describe items you list
  • Return borrowed items in the same condition as received
  • Respect agreed-upon exchange terms and timelines
  • Report any issues or disputes promptly

Any cash deposits are handled directly between lender and borrower. ShareStuff does not collect, hold, or guarantee cash deposits, and is not responsible for any cash transactions between users.

5. Credit System

ShareStuff uses a credit system for exchanges. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable except as explicitly allowed by the platform.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information

7. Limitation of Liability

ShareStuff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

ShareStuff reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
